The Living on Purpose Blog
I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2014. After working with a handful of counselors, I found myself frustrated with symptom-management. I wanted real solutions!
So I dedicated myself to learning how stress affects our brains and bodies. More importantly, I learned how to undo the problems that stress creates so I could truly flourish. Living on Purpose is a collection of the tools, resources, and reflections that empowered me to break stress traps in my life. I hope it helps you too.
